- In 2012, definition of an interdisciplinary workframe, inspired on care philosophy and leading the project.
- In 2012, put into place actions on evaluations and improvements within these processes.
- In 2015, brought the systematic help process to the entire Care-team on management issues.
- In 2015, evaluation of the quality level furnished by the professionals including the perception of our internal customers.
- In 2018, high performance care respecting the quality criterias recommended by CIVES.
- In 2020, installed the management of hospital hygiene: additional measures and standard precautions - prevent and control infections
- In 2021, creation of KPI's and following them with recommendations.
- In 2023, evaluations of the professional practices in order to improve the motivation and the performance.
