Worked as Partner. For a large kitchen & bath producer, reduced the logistic hubs from 3 to 2, reviewed the distribution strategy hubs-road distribution-customers by optimizing the geographical distribution routines. Saved 25% on fuel enery costs. Inventory figures reduced by 30%.
